A 39-year-old man is facing court charged with sexually assaulting a family member on Sunday morning.
At about 6am, police allege the man sexually assaulted a female relative at a home in Canberra’s south.
The incident was reported to police, and the man was arrested when he returned to the residence later that morning.
He is charged with reckless sexual intercourse without consent.
