A man is helping police with their enquiries after a body was found in a suspicious house fire in Spence on Tuesday morning.
Police and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to the house at Crofts Place.
The fire was extinguished and that’s when the body was located inside the home.
Police have deemed the fire suspicious.
Any witnesses to the fire or anyone in the vicinity of Crofts Place before 10.45am should call 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
