Police seek ‘helpful’ robbery witnesses

Police are looking for two particular witnesses to a robbery at Priceline Pharmacy in Amaroo on Sunday.

At 3.30pm a man and a woman approached police and provided information that assisted police in locating and arresting the alleged offender a short time later.

The alleged offender, a 39-year-old man from Amaroo, will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with robbery.

Police would like to speak to the two members of the public, a man and a woman, who alerted police of the robbery.

The man was wearing a black top, black pants, and a black cap; the woman, a grey jumper, blue shorts and sandals.

Police want the two people to call them on 131444 or visit their nearest police station.
